Airlie Beach Swimming Lagoon

The addition of Airlie Beach's man-made Lagoon swimming pool, on the 8th January 2001, makes year-round swimming possible. The Airlie Beach Lagoon is a beautiful addition to the Whitsunday region and is exceptionally popular with locals and visitors alike. Set in landscaped parkland overlooking the bay, the fully patrolled Airlie Beach Lagoon provides a stinger free swimming environment for everyone to enjoy.

Landscaped with grassy areas, a sandy beach and wonderful tropical gardens, the large Airlie Beach swimming lagoon can be mistaken for paradise in itself.
